The Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to all purchases you make from CPA Access 2.0 via our website, the online member community, over the phone, at a live-event, or in any other manner.

  • Our program is educational and informational, the program is aimed at helping you achieve certain results in your business. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome or that you will achieve or master any specific subject matter or outcome.
  • The program is designed to impart knowledge and skills to members with no guarantees.
  • Services are educational and informational only.
  • You are solely responsible for what you do with any of the information we provide and any outcomes that result.
  • Testimonials of other members in our program are without guarantee of your success; are only successful experiences of other members, past or present.
  1. Refunds & Returns
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products or services, please contactĀ [email protected]. Although we do not accept returns or issue refunds, we will attempt to resolve any product or service-related issue you encounter as a member of CPA Access 2.0.
  1. Payments
  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, buy now pay later options, and other secure online payment methods. Specific payment methods may vary.
  • If your payment fails for any reason, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. You are responsible for updating your payment information or contacting your bank to resolve any issues with your payment method. Failure to pay membership fees will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.Ā 
  • If you purchase a product or service utilizing a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments. If any payments are not timely received, the entire purchase is void and no payments will be refunded. If you use a third-party lender, you agree that you will perform your own due diligence and further acknowledge that we have no knowledge of any lender or offer any financial advice.
  • We take the security of your payment information seriously. We use industry-standard encryption technology and secure payment gateways to protect your financial data payment processing.
  1. Cancellation
  • You can cancel your membership at any time. We understand that circumstances do change, and you may need to cancel your membership. Your cancellation will be effective immediately upon request. Because we do not accept returns or offer refunds, your membership and all benefits will remain active until the end of your billing period, with no automatic renewal thereafter.
  1. Permission & Release
  • If you attend a live event, online or in-person, as a member of CPA Access 2.0 you give us permission to audio and video record and photograph you, and to use your name, likeness, audio, video, and photograph of you for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium, now and in the future.
  • You grant us the right to use your name, likeness, and any audio/video recordings of you without further payment as a member and without the ability to review the final product.
  1. Affiliate Purchases
  • We make no representations of any kind as to the products and services of any of our affiliates. Any purchase made through a third-party affiliate is subject to the affiliateā€™s purchase and refund terms and conditions.
